After the construction of the holy temple, "The Divine One" spoke to Spartia and the priesthood to tell the people, "Upon this day of this month shall be the beginning of the years and upon this day shall there be a feast to celebrate it".
Execution
After sunset when the moons reveal themselves, the people will then celebrate and sing and play music and dance.
Components and tools
A sacrificial bowl to carry blood, sacrificial knife to kill an animal and the altar to burn the blood and cook the meat.
Participants
All eight Tribe chieftains gather together at the temple's courtyard and each make an animal sacrifice of their corresponding tribe and carry the blood in a bowl and carry it up to the altar and throw the blood into the fire and they would then take the flesh of that animal and cook it to eat for themselves.
The people however, hunt and gather fruit and meat to eat at the festival and gather within the capitals of their cities and eat.
The only ones who don't partake in the festival are the Zealots, not by command however but by tradition since the Zealots have always separated themselves from the common people and their customs.
