The Author
Requirements
a male of the Yosakm tribe, able to read and write and can see.
Appointment
the four councilors of the yosakm tribe would grab their staffs and lay them upon the shoulders of the new "Author" and recite the pledge of authority which the new "Author" would make his pledge (similar to when a new president enters office).
Duties
they are to lead the Yosakm army during wartime and to protect the library of "The Angellonian Empire".
Responsibilities
to record any historical events that happened within the Angellonian Empire and to write copies of the holy scrolls for the Angellonian priesthood.
Accoutrements & Equipment
they are given the "Author's" robes and the spear of records to wield.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
treason, heresy, blasphemy, sickness, death. if they committed the first three then they would be brought before the other tribe chieftains for justice then executed by decapitation.

Creation
Yosar became the first "Author" after the second conquest wars when the priesthood needed someone to write and or make copies of the holy scrolls. it was also supported by the Yosakm tribe.
