Lo'tainites

The Lo'tainites are an almost forgotten people who are the descendants of Lotai'Kofhol'ura who was famous for wiping out all of the Lotai in Sakhem'Ladir and Fodirn'Ladir and had retired in Wrwiwak'Ladir. They are a people who can track and hunt any animal and wear the bones of their prey for armor....-Yosar's encyclopedia of Threa.

Culture

Common Dress code

Lo'tainites wear the animal skins of their prey and use their bones for weapons and armor.

Art & Architecture

Their architecture is mostly made from the bones and skins of their prey and some buildings are made from stone bricks or carved within mountainsides.

Coming of Age Rites

When a Lo'tainite becomes of age of producing children, a patriarch of that male's family will go with him on a hunting party out deep in the wilderness and hunt for a deadly animal. The Patriach's only job is to assist and advise the young male as he is to hunt the animal all by himself and kill it and bring it's body back home by himself.

Funerary and Memorial customs

Lo'tainites mummify and then cover their dead in the skins of their greastest prey and then place them inside a cave that is carved out to hold all of their dead.

Ideals

Beauty Ideals

Lo'tainites prefer females who can keep silent and are obediant to their husbands and can hunt with their husbands.

Gender Ideals

Males are to be great hunters and females are to be trackers to help their husbands and to keep their homes.

Courtship Ideals

If a male Lo'tainite wanted to marry a female he would first have to recieve her father's blessing and then hunt a great and terrible beast to bring back as a tribute to her. Then after she begats his first set of children is when they are recognized as officially married.

Relationship Ideals

Lo'tainites only marry up to four wives and anything more than that is seen as absurdly ridiculous.
