Kazunite

Our ancestors of the Kazu tribe dwelt in the far south of The Land Of The South by the shorelines; there they were great catchers of fish, bringing home their spoils to their mud brick huts and leading their flocks of cattle across the plains and endured the hardships of raiders, opressive laws of the Agodites and the wild animals that dwelt in the region....-Yosar's encyclopedia of Threa This tribe of Jhekhazha are the predecessors of the Angellonians since Ashkrnofh is a Kazunite. Due to the many wars they have engaged in and lost from, they never truly were able to become a well established kingdom like other nations and were stuck with a more primitive technology of bone weapons and armor, around 1900-2750 they were able to have a city and a large portion of territory in the land of the south. but they would lose it all and be confined to the farthest southern shore line of orijhin and remain there until Ashkrnofh's ascension to power.

Culture

Shared customary codes and values

Kazu were known for not touching dead bodies no matter the reason and the males didn't interact with their kids until they can walk and talk. they also were a people that valued honesty and loyalty and honor.

Foods & Cuisine

They loved to eat fruits of all kinds and fowls. however a majority of them did not eat cattle because their cattle animals were meant to be traded, and sheered for clothing.

Coming of Age Rites

Kazu will send their children when they become twenty years old to go and make a pilgrimage to the wilderness and stay there for a whole year without any tools or cattle or clothes. during that year they must regain what they had in the wilderness. and after that year they must return home with regained assets or never come back.

Funerary and Memorial customs

Kazu burned their dead in a grand ceremony to celebrate the life of that dead Kazu. they would eat their favorite meals, play their favorite games and sing their favorite songs and do this at a spot that the dead kazu enjoyed hanging out at.
