Hunters
This animal is called by this name for it's complex hunting skills when hunting it's prey. infamous for targeting Angellonians for prey and even hunting Shen'shou and Lo'tye.

Anatomy
It has two long arms and legs with a long thin tail. on the arms and legs have spikes which are assumed to be used when fighting other hunters and the bladed end of the tail is used for cutting up prey.
Genetics and Reproduction
they lay a clutch of around ten eggs and incubate them for a few months until they hatch.

they start in the egg stage and then become hatchlings, pupils after a month of growing and then mature into adults after a few years.

they live in caves, burrows or anywhere they can't be easily seen by prey.

they are solitary apex predators that only group with a female for until the eggs hatch and then go their seperate ways. but it is possible for siblings and some mated Hunters to form permanent groups with each other.

their meat, bones and teeth, skin for decor, clothes, medicine, weapons were made with the bones of Hunters in ancient times and some Angellonians traditionally use these bones for sign of patriarchy in their family units.

they are very intelligent predators, with advanced hunting strategies. they have been known to wound prey to cry out for help, killing entire herds and even hunting parties that chase after these creatures.
