Gallimite
As two Raptonite theives begin to scurry into the tall grasslands to make their way back home a large spear passed by one of their heads. Then the other fell into a pitfall trap full of spikes instantly killing him. the surviving Raptonite sees his dead friend in the pit and hears rustling in the grass and then a shadow appears over him and he slowly turns around to see a Gallamite soldier with his bow drawn to his face. before the Raptonite could breath once more an arrow goes straight through his brain and into the dirt behind him.

Anatomy
They are humanoid Gallimimus like beings.
Genetics and Reproduction
They reproduce like reptiles. the female will hold onto the eggs for about 4-6 months and then lay a clutch (around 1-5) eggs which will need to be kept warm by the male for about 2-3 months and then they'll hatch.
Growth Rate & Stages
Once they hatch from their eggs they are considered hatchlings for about 2 years and then are called pups from 2-7 years old and then are seen as fully grown adults once they reach around 13-16 years old. they become elders around 50-60 years old. and live up to a maximum of 80 years old.
Ecology and Habitats
They prefer to live in swampy regions where it can be warm and have plenty of bugs for them to eat.
Dietary Needs and Habits
They eat mostly aquatic vegetation from swamps and bugs.
Biological Cycle
they begin to shed everytime they cool and reheat or whenever a female begins to ovulate.

Males tend to have small amount of feathers on their heads; the color of which match their body patterns.

They have excellent sense of sight and hearing but their sense of smell and taste is quite lacking.

Naming Traditions
They usually name their children after an element of nature or weather or occupation.
Courtship Ideals
when mating season begins a male gallimite will begin to shed their skin and feathers and release a pheremone that will attract peticuliar specific females. the reason is not known yet but it is believed to attract females that share similar diets or interests. once a male finds his female they will begin to exchange gifts and mate and then make a nest and dwell there for life.
Relationship Ideals
Gallimites prefer to make friends with similar minded people who like wealth and or have similar skills and talents.
History
The Gallimites have lived in the great swamplands of the "" region and have learned to survive the harsh land there. Once after they begun to communicate with the other saurian races they would become great merchants and skilled workers. they have been enslaved many times throughout history.

80 years maximum, however there have been some to live up to 90-100 years old.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
They tend to range from browns to dark greens with either red, blue or yellow stripes or spots. however females do not have stripes or spots.
