Angellonian Spin Blade

this powerful weapon was once a farm tool, became a weapon during the conquest wars to then become a traditional weapon of the Zealots during the great purge. It's a difficult weapon to master with very few Zealots ever becoming one with this blade. before it was a weapon, it was used to cut through crops of wheat and grass and the back blade originally was used for cutting through vines, saw wood and shed fish scales.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

it is like a bladed nightstick with one long blade on the front and a smaller blade on the back. it is used to slice and gut and penetrate even very tough armors, spinning it around like a baton. ancient spin blades did not have their own spin mechanism, so ancient Angellonians had to make the handle spin around in their hands to make this weapon spin around. when the blade spins, it is meant to slice and gut enemies. modern Spin blades now have a rotating handle to make the blade spin but some Zealots prefer tradition over modernity and use a normal handle on their spin blades. the front blade is the normal slice and dice but the back blade is used to stab/gut targets.

Manufacturing process

liquid steel is mixed with Aetherium liquid and then after a few hours the liquid is then poured into a frame and then cools inside. after cooling, it is then carved out of the frame and then leather is wrapped around the handle and then is taken to the temple for the Zealots to train and use with.

Significance

it is a traditional weapon only used by the Zealots of Angellonia for it is a difficult weapon to master that not even Zhedakm can learn easily well.
