Lady Sylthra Nightshade is the cold, calculating figure who presides over Upper Draidiff, her power rooted in fear, cunning, and the weight of her bloodline. A direct descendant of Valerian Duskheart , the city’s founder, Sylthra’s luminescent silver skin and piercing violet eyes reflect both the beauty and danger that define the Dark Elves. Her long, jet-black hair is adorned with silver and amethyst, symbols of her lineage and control.
Sylthra’s rule is one of manipulation over force, preferring to let rival factions tear at each other while she tightens her hold from the shadows. Her voice, soft yet commanding, can enthrall or unnerve even the most hardened mages and warlords. While she exerts influence over much of Upper Draidiff, she rarely appears in public, governing through whispered commands and unseen agents.
Her mastery of shadow magic and illusion is legendary—she bends darkness to her will, weaving it into both defense and deadly offense. Sylthra is known to appear and vanish at will, leaving those who cross her unsure if they encountered the real woman or one of her many phantoms.
