Drakthorite

In the rugged terrain of Steerbright's Dragon Spine Mountain Range, a rare and exceptionally valuable ore exists, known as "Drakthorite." The name itself is derived from the ancient Orcish words "Drak," meaning dragon, and "Thor," signifying strength, symbolizing the ore's formidable nature and its connection to the might of dragons, creatures revered and feared in Orcish lore.
Drakthorite's forging is a closely guarded secret of Orcish blacksmiths. It requires extremely high temperatures, achievable only through the use of special bellows and flames enhanced by magical elements or alchemical substances. The ore has a natural affinity for magical enchantments. Items crafted from it not only exhibit physical resilience but can also be more easily imbued with powerful spells or enchantments.
