The Abberent Drift

The Abberent Drift is the name given to the ring around the water planet Cridutis. The ring is comprised of many Desert like islands of various size. There is one plane of gravity through the centre of the ring. This plane is called the "Gravizon" and attracts mass on either side of it, towards itself. Despite the abundancy of water on the planet the rings remain dry. Those who inhabit the ring are in constant struggle to keep hydrated. Many resort to magic to quench their thirst. To pass the time many brave souls mount the fiercely quick winged reptiles know as Dragons and race them.
