Mollouscopollis Prime

Mollouscopollis Prime is amongst one of the oldest non elemental beings on "The 13th", and certainly one of the largest. Vast in a scale that is only comprehensible from the air, it has made its way slowly and methodically across the surface of the 13th for aeons, some guess even older. Mollouscopollis Prime, or MP as its known to those that live on it, is part of species of giant land snail that are rare, but highly sought after real estate. One of the few places in the world where a sense of stability can be found, many flock to these shelled behemoths, and MP being the largest, has homed over a million people, and that number continues to grow.

As a place of stability, MP has been able to grow and absorb a huge number of different cultures and creeds, leading to a rich and diverse population. This in part has led to the founding of "The 13th's" largest University, as well as being the base of operations for many of the world spanning trade and adventuring guilds. It is also unusual in that it hosts not only temples for all 12 of the Asdre and their Dreamers, rare in of itself, but there also shrines to all two hundred and eighty eight faces of the Asdre, a feat only a handful of cities could match.

Whilst there have been many a civil war amongst the various factions and guilds in M.P. , attacks from outsiders are almost unheard of due to nothing else other than the sheer size of the city. Combined with that it's citizens are fiercely loyal and proud of their home, and voluntary service in the militia has always been source of pride in its citizens. As such no one can match the size of it's militia when it is mustered, dissuading all but the mad and suicidal to attack. This safety has allowed trade to bloom, allowing for the funding of constant guard to protect the citizens, the law and trade interests.
