2514.Sept.18 -- on the extremely poor moon of Sahadeva (8 K), the Jin Dui encounters a village where a crewman of the ship’s previous crew has knocked up a local girl. Her family demands (at gunpoint) someone aboard the ship “make an honest girl” of the heavily pregnant teenager, so Hoss steps forward and agrees to a hastily performed marriage.
