Common Folk-
Keeping up with the neighbors is common. The social contract of low income families is to look after your neighbors, so small talk and check ins are common in the lower districts. However, it is often considered dangerous to speak with members of different blocks or trades. Hellos may be exchanged, but prying into someone else's personal business in the low districts is a swift way to find yourself getting jumped in an alley. Due to this, it is common to keep to yourself when outside of your neighborhood.
Nobility-
Amongst the nobles of Hazenfall, it is common to exchange handshakes with persons of equal rank. When greeting a member of the Royal family, people are expected to preform a bow with their right hand over their heart.Art & Architecture
The buildings of Hazenfall are of quite a varried design, with nearly each neighborhood having it's own vibe. The wayfaring travelers who make their homes in the lower and middle districts bring their own cultures and designs to the city. One consistancy is that the lower districts are cramped, and often built of cheap materials (mostly Seafoam reinforced by wood).
