Elemental Spæyre (Eleh-MEN-tahl SPEE-r)

The Elemental Spæyre is a spire-like monument carved and crafted from the elements, but stronger than any of them individually. It is located in the center of the volcano caldera of Mount Stræyn, which is surrounded by the Mysted Mæyre. It was created after the Deathless War, by Urixe Mæyre, as a preexisting focus for intense magical need. Its existence was kept mostly secret, but there were those that were told, in case something were to happen to him. He also kept a notes of this in a diary so that the next person who may need to use such a device, hopefully no one - but the world knew otherwise, would have the ability to at least figure it out and figure out how to control such a large magical amount without perishing. It may completely remove their magical ability at the end of use. It may also grant that intense and immense ability to wield and summon magic to that degree. Its existence is essentially lost to the ages, since the people entrusted to protect it didn’t keep track of what it was they were supposed to do and they didn’t keep track of who knew about it or even really where it was. The knowledge was lost when it should have been passed down, the only existing things to aid in using it are the diary, which is lost somewhere in the warrens of the underground, and the inscriptions that are runically applied around the caldera as a back up. But the location of where it exists in the caldera and how to get to it from either the underground or the Mæyre itself have been lost to time. People failed to keep it in the lore and memories.

However, there are a few who have been poking their noses in dusty rooms. Maybe they will find something to aid the world.
