Ring of Absolute Binding

An ordinary looking silver ring, it is often mistaken as a common wedding ring for men. It is not until the ring is worn by the victum that it's power is revealed. At first the magic of the ring will enfluence the dreams of the wearer, slowly twisting them to nightmares. After a month of disturbing dreams, the ring's magic begins to cause a sense of unease to the wearer. They often become paranoid of thier partner causing fights and small self harming habits. At this stage during the night the ring will now physically bind itself to the man and begin enfluencing the spouse. In an effort to torment the host further, and by extension gain power, it will then begin creating haunting realistic nightmares forcing its victum to awaken forcing exhaustion and easily allowing for further influence. Eventually the wearer and thier spouse will hear voices, and jump at shadows as they will now believe that the other is out to harm or steal from the other. At the point of breaking the ring will take over having the husband kill the spouse and have them walkout into the street. Once in the street the ring will flood the beare with the memory of this crime and relequish its contol over it's host, who is now racked with guilt, grief, pain, and seeking a way to atone. With the gentlest push the ring influences it's wearer for two last actions. The first to inflict a greivous wound further empowring the ring. The second to remove the ring and read the engraving, "Till Death Do Us Part," and having the wearer fling it toward it's next bearer.
