Vo'Tath, Green Dragon of the East
Vo'Tath fled Kai'Diin in an excursion of several young dragons that he himself organized after initially learning of Returning. His fellow escapees lacked his cunning, however, and he leveraged their incompetence for his own thriving, sacrificing them for his own gain. Vo'Tath eventually settled on the eastern end of Tataril in Efthemia, tucked hidden within the Tatyana Woods at the center of a fabulous grove.
Few creatures match the green dragon Vo'Tath in scheming and deceit, as his words are more poisonous than even his breath. He keeps watch of things through the natural world, using both tree and beast as his eyes. He curates a devout collection of followers, and frequently uses them as extensions of his will, meddling in Efthemian politics to install himself as an unseen ruler.
He keeps in his lair a collection of scientific and literary works that puts any mortal library to shame. He seldom reads them, desiring only the hording of knowledge rather than its usage.
In appearance, Vo'Tath is a beautiful dragon, majestic in all his features. His scales shimmer a dazzling forest green, and his face is adorned with long tendrils that appear to many mortals as a beard or mustache. He bears an impressive neck frill that unfurls to reveal hypnotic scale patterns imbued with mesmerizing magic. His most common method of dispatching unwanted guests is to stun them with his frill display before exhaling a poisonous gas that swells his victim's airways, causing the creature to suffocate. However, he is far more likely to talk the intruder to death before even getting to that point.
