The Glinting Keep
Tule'Val, also called the Glinting Keep, is the The Outer Plane from which Angels originate. The plane's primary feature is a tower exactly one thousand levels tall, each level exactly one hundred meters in height and ten kilometers in diameter. It floats untethered in an endless sky, surrounded by occasional islands drifting by on the breeze.
It is believed the plane was originally a piece of the Plane of Air that fractured off and collided with a fragment of the Positive Plane.
