Schrick, Demon of Hunger
A demonlord of The Gnashing Abyss who desires the starvation of mortals above all else. In an ironic twist, he feeds himself off of famine, growing stronger with every mortal he causes to starve. He is, however, never sated, and eternally craves more and more of that which he knows will always leave him empty.
Schrick appears as a huge, putrid, bloated grubworm with many large human eyes and a gaping mouth full of square teeth. When looking into his mouth, one sees a chasm filled with a writhing mass of masticated flesh and fruit. However, his bottom side is split open all along its length, revealing a body completely devoid of any internals at all.
