Orc
Originally created by the god Waathik, orcs have a large range of appearance. Their skin tones range across all human tones, as well as shades of gray and green. Their stature tends to be firmly built and tall, though short orcs are still common. Orcs are usually hairless, and in the rare case an orc is born with any hair, they usually shave it off. Eye color among orcs varies widely, with irises of most colors perfectly normal. Unusually, their sclerae can also be tinted many different colors, though never as vibrant as the iris. Most orcs bear small tusks jutting out of the corners of their mouths, with many adorning them with jewelry or capping them with metal.
The first orc cultures began on Northfeir, but quickly spread to Balendyra. Their natural inclination toward strength allowed them to build quickly and tirelessly. They are known for their towering fortresses, defended fiercely by innumerable warriors.
The genetics of orcs is unusual for humanoid species. They were designed to be genetically compatible with almost all other humanoids. Because of this, orcs are able to integrate into other societies with ease, steering them away from the isolationism their fortresses would lead to. It is incredibly common for any given humanoid to have some amount of orc genes, however small.
