Frost Minister
A Frost Minister is a very special and revered type of spirit that is only known to manifest in Northfeir. They are believed to appear when a dead soul, having perished in the cold, is allowed to walk the world to guide others away from a similar fate.
They typically appear as figures cloaked from head to toe. Under their hood they bear a skull encased in ice, perfectly shaped like a human head.
