Ship's Crossing is a small town near the river bend, right where the main river begins to get rocky and hazardous towards the north and splits into a smaller tributary into a lake. It's most known for its large, sturdy covered bridge, supposedly having been made from the salvaged remnants of a massive ship that made its final landing there.
