Prince Tsutonaki Tsirohiroki III was the first ruler of the Principality of Sylerius. He was born in 826V, the second son of King Hirokishi Tsirohiroki of Stelaria. His lineage is notable as all that remains of the Royal family of Stelaria. Tsutonaki's history is shared with The Principality of Sylerius.
