Void Magic Area
In places where magic has gone awry occasionall magic is "ripped" from areas to make dead zones. In these Void areas the Magical Lifeforce "Torn" from the Form that entered. Magic Items are slowly destroyed and Spells fizzle out. If a creature dies in these Void Areas after a short period of time(10 seconds-1 Minute) they will rise as a Void Creature.
Manifestation
There is no visible distinction to these areas, unless one has Magic Sight in which they see the lack of magic in these areas.
