The Festival of Plenus is to Celebrate the gift of Full Beastial Transformation that was given by Plenus.
Execution
During the daytime there are feasts prepared. When the sun starts to set villagers are locked into their houses with prepared meals, so that when they turn they do not wander off and get hurt.
Observance
During the days of the full moon of Plenos.
