Shizuoka
The City on a Hill
The capital city of Shizuoka was the first city formed after the Destruction. Built from the first to be a city rather than a fortress like the few bastions of civilization that still existed when Dahak died, it's position at the mouth of a river rather than the side of a mountain has helped it quickly grow into the trade capital of the known world.
The city state of Goka in Golarion has "impressive statues of Shizuru and Tsukiyo, some 250 feet tall, guarding the entrance to Xu Hong Bay." Could be a good thing to steal.
The Emperor sits on the Iris Throne in his hilltop palace.
