Structure

Standard platoon organization has a lieutenant who was trained for command, with twelve squads of four soldiers each. Each of the squads chooses a sergeant from among themselves and the lieutenant chooses two staff sergeants from among those. Any additions like independent adventuring parties or special forces are treated as extra squads. Chain of Command for Platoons Lieutenant—>Staff Sergeant—>Half of the squads through sergeants
