Kagawa
A settlement on the Oniyuri Peninsula with a population of 3000, primarily human, some elf and half-elf. The town is defended by a strong stone wall and gatehouse. It is ruled by a tyrant, the human lord Kasu Takei. Many of its buildings have a coin set above the door to honor Shima Koji, a local god of wealth.
Name meaning "fragrant river".
