Anomaly #13

"Today was a harrowing experience. I stumbled across an ancient cave, bearing markings from long ago. Inside the darkness lurked something both foreign and captivating: a dying fox with an unusual hue and texture. We tried to feed it but were unable to do so, despite our best efforts and supplies of food.

What seemed initially to be just another dead animal quickly turned into far more when I noticed carvings on the wall that spoke of some fox-like creature capable of bringing about the end of days, accompanied by a monster thousands of times its size. The feeling upon reading these words struck me like lightning - one moment we had stood in awe of this majestic creature before us; then in an instant utter dread had taken possession over my being as I started piecing together what these writings said and meant for our world should they come true..

  To prevent any further exploration within, we sealed off the entrance once more leaving behind only partial knowledge at best - information that must remain hidden. For now I shall have to remain vigilant against anything that may arise as a result of these ancient markings, for the consequences could be dire should it come true."
