King Kevlar III, the ruler of Capolino, has expressed his sorrow and shock at the sudden death of Mayor Hanne Achille. "It's a great loss for all of us," said King Kevlar. "Mayor Achille was an important part of our community and will be remembered with fondness for generations to come."
