The Imperial Ministry
The Xianlian Civil Service Ministry (Gongwu Yuan Bu) is the only educational apparatus of the Xianlian empire, and is responsible for the instruction and selection of qualified candidates from the general population. It includes programs to educate qualified citizens in aspects of managing the Xianlian bureaucracy, recording and maintaining imperial records, and training mundane and magical skills deemed useful to the empire.
