Helena's Armoury

Common Knowledge:

Helena’s is built in a large reconstructed warship, though the engines have long gone, the hull is well armoured and provides a good foundation for a free-trade outpost. It’s well armed, though it mainly keeps the Maulers at bay by being a useful supplier of weapons and ammunition.

Insider Knowledge:

This outpost is maintained covertly by the Exploritorum Prima, it is a significant information-gathering location for the Exploritorum. It's one of the branches of the Adeptus Munitorum responsible for gathering equipment and supplies for the Sleastatt Dynasty, although it's only in the last few years that it's been openly used as a resupply base by the Imperial fleet.   It trades with local scavengers and even the Maulers in order to maintain the front of being a 'free trade' outpost, although everyone that works at Helena's reports back to the Exploritorum Prima.
