Aria
Aria was born to Odo Aeldwulf, 10th Baron Watford and a female servant named Sephire. She was the product of an attempted experiment by her father. By combining his bloodline from the Unseelie fae and Sephire's bloodline from the Seelie fae, he hoped to create an heir of exceptional power and breeding. Though Sephire became pregnant 4 times, Aria was the only child brought to term. Court physicians blamed this on the extremely strong fae bloodlines warring with each other. Whether this is true or not is only known by the gods. What is certain is that after the fourth attempt Odo could no longer stand the sight of his mistress or daughter. Aria was sent, as most noble children are in Exdale, to be raised in the home of a ranking lord. In this case Earl Bomund le Croix. There she took a keen interest in the arcane and proved extremely adept at magical research and crafting. It was while under the wardship of the Earl that she first met Killian Estmar. Their mutual love of knowledge has helped to bind them in a close friendship. When Killian was granted the Northwest march, Aria was asked to become part of his court there, taking up the post of head artificer, as well as assisting in quartermaster duties, project oversight, and a number of other responsibilities. This has allowed her to become one of the shining gems of nation, however, despite this renoun and fame, her father has made sure that she is not allowed to utilize or connect herself with his house name in any way. Aria seems to have accepted this and instead focuses on her new family in Warminster, one she has chosen for herself and that accept, support, and cherish her.
