If you have more than one world setting, which one is the most important to you right now? Why?
Terra now has four time periods, early medieval, early industrial, Victorian, and modern. While I've been focusing on the modern period for NaNoWriMo, this WorldEmber I'd like to focus on the Victorian era, as that will be the setting for the D&D game based in this world.
Which area of that world setting will allow you to achieve your goals?
Probably fleshing out the organizations, locations, and some of the timeline.
How will it help you achieve those goals?
Since this game is based on a criminal organization, creating it and the surrounding organizations will be the most useful part of this WorldEmber.
Which themes do you want to include? How will you express them?
The primary theme of the Victorian era of Terra is inequality. This will be expressed not just through the criminal organization that undergirds this campaign, but the financial inequality/injustice between the rich and poor in London, the unequal treatment of the various species of Terra, the inequality between the Europaen & Asiaenne powers and the Ameridies, Afrique, and the continent of Uluru. Colonization may not be a thing here, but there's still a power imbalance!
