Volkenhaim Settlement

An agricultural settlement that is not typically inhabited by and known people. The land is shared between the Inlander and Outlanders, as it is currently the only fertile land, despite it being plagued often by immense winds
  The land is mostly known for its use of wind mills to generate electricity. The majority of the crops grown are grown in a hybrid outdoor and greenhouse space, with the dome roofs of the greenhouses able to be opened for natural sunlight and rain. The rain of this region is not known to contain much acidity thus still allowing for proper irrigation. This effect is due to the microclimate-like pocket the surround mountain ranges creates, shielding it from other region’s disastrous influences (Merridian and the Tianne in the east and west north respectively, Zion canyons in the southwest).
  The crops industry is funded largely by both governing bodies (Inlander and Outlander) but is operated and maintain largely by an Outlander coporation, Incendie LLC. with the use of drone and automation technology).
  The surrounding lands is mostly made up of unharvested wheat that can grow to the height of several stories), this serves as a natural border and barrier for the land as well. This wheat border is referred to as the Cilia.
  Also hosts the Ranger Outpost Asphodel, located the trunk of a hollowed giant cypress tree. Suprisingly, the tree is still viable. This lone grand cypress tree stands in the middle of a vast cilia wheat field as the only visible structure for miles.
