Resembling Antarctica. The land was made barren due to ancient war.
  The land is mostly inhabited by the Inlanders, whose nation is tunneled underneath the surface. The majority of the infrastructure relies heavily on the nature of the environment, such as using ice as interior and exterior walls. This nation serves as a key research-based environment. It also hosts The Vault (a key storage unit for various organic material, seeds, extinct animal genetic material). The coldness of the land reduces the amount of energy it would take to freezer store all the organic information, which make this region an attractive genetic research facility.
  Overall, since ice and snow are great insulators, the livable conditions of the dwellings are surprising stable. The interior architectural motif is a mixture of natural ice caves with shipping container modular infrastructure.
  Hosts Ranger Outpost Selksong. A repurposed crab fishing boat stranded in the middle of an ice lake formation. This suggests that this region (at least in part) was once an ocean or possibly a harbour.
