Endingir was born when Naram-Sin brought the full might of Agade upon Nippur, ritually destroying every gate in blasphemous practices to claim the Throne of Heaven itself. Naram-Sin was so steeped in anathema he was possessed by slumbering Apsu as he raped the priestess Ninamargi, herself possessed by Loruhama and Her Last Egg in a stratagem of the Temple Dancer.
The namlugal and the Seven Who Decree Fate intervened, and the Temple Dancer escaped with the namlugal and Ninamargi to Enkidu. When Ninamargi returned to Nippur, she had borne Endingir, who was raised by the apkallu to be Lord of the Earth. The namlugal was lost then or has not been seen since.
First, was the issue of Agade-this magnificent city, capable of housing a million soldiers, was lost, cast out of Reality itself by decree of the Seven Who Decree Fate. It is lost but it wanders Kingir still. Endingir is rightful lord of Agade, and he is son of Apsu, the Primal Creator.
Endingir is hoping to supplant the Seven with a new Seven, the utukku. When Naram-Sin defiled Nippur, Enlil was driven mad enough to ravage his own wife, Ninlil. For this, he was cast down as divine executive, and this post assigned to Pazuzu, one of the utukku. Pazuzu has promised Endingir Agade again if he assigns a new Seven by elevating the utukku.
Endingir supports the utukku and the cities he takes are forcibly recruited to adore the new Seven-the obyrith lords of the great Abyss. If Endingir conquers Kingir, he will need only the namlugal to become King of the Four Corners and Master of Reality, when even the great Abyss will bow to him.
Endingir seeks the namlugal above all, but also seeks a way to lift the curse on Agade so it is fixed and permanent instead of drifting randomly through Kingir. Should Endingir be outside Agade when it fades, he travels to Carchemish and waits for Tammuz, when his pact with Khumbaba draws Agade there.

Special abilities
Damage Reduction(Su) Like all Green Star Adepts of his level, Endingir has 10/adamantine.
Darkvision(Ex) Endingir’s normal darkvision extends 120 feet, but he can increase this to 180 feet with his see the unseen invocation.
Deceive Item(Ex) Endingir can always take 10 on a Use Magic Device roll.
Detect Magic(Su) as the spell, but usable at will.
Familial Charm(Su) Endingir fully controls his mother(s), Loruhamah and Amargi, and through Loruhamah, any of her children, the Annunaki of Kingir.
Fast Healing(Ex) Endingir heals 4 hp/round unless lost to deprivation, starvation, or thirst. He cannot regrow or reattach lost limbs.
Fiendish Resilience(Su) For two minutes a day, Endingir may boost his fast healing from 4 hp/round to 6 hp/round.
Imbue Item(Su) Endingir may replace any spell needed to manufacture magic items by rolling his Use Magic Device skill against a DC of 10+level of spell required.
Immunities(Ex) Endingir is immune to poison and any mind affecting spells or abilities, including psionics.
Instant Knowledge(Su) Endingir has been fully aware and of adult mentality since conception. While in the womb, his mother carried out his plots.

Personal history
Endingir was born in antedeluvian Eridu and educated by the apkallu, who taught it all a king should know. When it was old enough, it raised the army of Agade and began attacking other cities, reliant upon their wealth to maintain his army.

Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Advancement: Endingir enjoys a bonus in the form of a number of experience points equal to the average of any party encountering him. He will pursue the Fiend-Blooded prestige class with these experience points, even if it takes him beyond 20th level. Should Endingir achieve 10th level as a Fiend-Blooded, Apsu becomes active and has probably eaten Enkidu and dumped the Ancient World into the great Abyss as the start of Endingir’s reign as a demon prince over his own layer. Obviously, any party encountering Endingir must do so before he attains this level.
