Madame

A prosperous business woman

To most people on Rin Station Madame... is simply the eccentric, but shrewd business woman who owns and manages The Purple Lizard. Her exotic bar, situated in Ward nine is very popular with those who have a bit more money to splash around. Madame....is known to treat her employees well and makes sure they are protected, as such she is able to hire some of the best dancers and escorts around.   She came to the station just over two years ago, with a modest sum of money she had inherited from deceased parents. She purchased a recently vacated premises in ward nine, and set about turning it into an upmarket exotic bar. Her public persona is that of an outgoing madame, who dresses in a flamboyant and outragous fashion. She is the consumate host, and known for her absolute discretion. While conducting business, however she shows a particularly shrewd side, and is very good at making the right contacts.  

A hidden past

The woman behind the owner of the Purple Lizard, hides a very diferent life in her past. During the war, she was living on Brindis, one of the first of the rim planets to be settled. She worked in communications and used her position and skills to help fight back during the war. She was instrumental in helping to organise revolts and resistance groups, and also many lives due to her timely warnings of attacks. Although few people would be able to recognise her, her code name was well known on both sides. To those fighting back on the rim planets, she was a heroine, to the enemy she was a constant thorn in their side.  

A double life

After the war she pretty much disappeared, needing to escape to a quieter life for some well earned rest and recuperation, the war had been quite taxing on her, on everyone. She still did the odd request and favour for old friends, but for the most part stayed hidden. Until three years ago when she was agreed to work for the Planetary Alliance. It is unknown what caused her to come out of retirement, and there are only a handful of people who know madame....'s true identity.
