Gruenkle Wifflebrau greets anyone entering the haberdashery. He’s an old man with a wrinkled brow, but anyone entering with an uncovered head immediately sparks his interest, one eye opening wide as his eyebrow ascends. The shop has a wide assortment of hats as well as a very thorough library of feathers.
Additionally, he will purchase feathers collected from any exceptional monsters and is willing to pay 10% over market value for them if they are in good condition.

Alterations
He can resize any hat or head worn accessory for between a 3sp and 5gp fee depending on the value of the original.
History
The Haberdashery is owned and operated by Gruenkle Wifflebrau, he had intended to pass it on to his daughter Matilda Wifflebrau but her sudden disappearance a few years ago has led him to accept her death. There is a lovely painting of Matilda against one wall in which she is wearing a tall conical princess hat with such adoring pride that anyone can tell she had made it herself. Her body has never been found.
