The city that doesnt exist, Kuraiyami has stood much longer than the empire. The city rests in the deepest parts of the black forest Kurokami and uses it's dark nature to ward off would be travelers and possible enmies alike. An ancient clan of ninja is said to stalk these forest but that's only myth... right?
