Half-Elves

Half-Elves are in a strange situation in Tempor'Il. They tend to be disliked, if not hated, by their Elven Ancestry, but are not held to the high standards that Humans have of Elves. They tend to settle down in human cities or wander around the world. Otherwise, Half-Elves tend to be neither liked nor disliked by any.   Some Half-Elves even carry blessings in the forms of marks upon their skin. These marks are bestowed unto a person via a dragon's blessing, given only to those who they value greatly. They are also passed hereditarily, and grant power to any who wield and can control them. Some, however, are unable to, leading to horrific consequences for themselves and the people around them.
