Wellspring Chief of Staff
The role of Wellspring Chief of Staff is designated for the individual who runs and manages the various medical aspects of Wellspring's role and provides both support and organization for the various staff members and professionals who use and reside in the facility.
Qualifications
Must be a medical professional capable of organizing a large-scale medical facility with a diverse staff.
Requirements
Medical professional, with MD or better preferred.

Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all sub-groups, managing personal clinic schedule (and OR schedule if surgeon), delegating and scheduling staff and overseeing maintenance of facilities and supplies.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
May be removed at the behest of the Farm Leadership.
