The Cantrarge people are likely the first ethnicity to inhabit the Templon system, it is suspected that they are native to the rainforest planet of Xeniton. Though their people has been devastated by Swedish conquest, those who escaped fled to Tulapia via. unknown means, those who couldn't faced a fate worse than death.

Barbaric Fury

The Cantrarge can usually be seen charging into battle with melee weapons and very light or even no armour, their usual equipment is Axes or Clovenheits and a shield or targe.

Cooperation

The Cantrarge still have not recovered from the Swedes taking their ancestral lands, the Artemisian populace and government do their best to help both sending supplies and including them in diplomatic discussions.

Culture and cultural heritage

Artemisian culture has had a large influence on the Cantrargian culture lately, with love slowly becoming more important as the Artemisians intermingled with their culture.

Shared customary codes and values

The Cantrarge believe strongly in the concept of honor, specifically the concept of dying in battle or just honorably. They believe that the biggest shame a person can commit is to be captured in battle, this is not ideal when fighting the Swedes though.

The Etiquette of a common Cantrarge varies depending on who they're dealing with, a lover will find that Cantrargians would want to fulfill their every need. An enemy such as a Swedes will be treated like the absolute scum of the earth.

Common Dress code

Cantrargian clothing varies depending on the situation and location, when in a town or doing non-combat jobs they bear little clothing as they prefer clothes that aren't constricting. When exploring they typically wear heavy furs or cloth, in combat they make heavy use of leather armour and gambesons also using shields.

Art & Architecture

Nearly all Cantrargian architecture is constructed out of wood with fur and skin providing insulation, their art has a very nature focused look often being very simple but elegant.

Most teenagers have already learned to use weapons when they hit age 19, when they hit 20 years they have the choice to either do three years of military service, or studying at college for a major chosen by their parents.

The Cantrargian beauty ideals are much like the Artemisian, strongly believing against altering natural looks. Though because most Cantrargians train for combat frequently they usually look stunning.

The Cantrargian people are very strict when it comes to gender, homosexuality is accepted. over half of the first people are very masculine, including women. Though the other part are the most innocent and beautiful people in the system.

Courtship Ideals

The Cantrargian men are usually assertive and brave, the Cantrargian women are strong and beautiful. If a Cantrargian gets attracted to someone they are extremely passionate with them, they love and adore Artemisian people for assisting them through their time of need.
