Meo Smoothwind

Meo Smoothwind (a.k.a. The Fist of The Northen Winds)

“I do not fight to win. I fight so others don’t have to.” — Meo, after defeating a raider chief without ever drawing blood
Born in a blizzard and swaddled in silence, Meo Smoothwind was not raised by his people—but by wandering monks who found him howling against the cold. They brought him to their secluded monastery on the Snowy Plains, where he was taught not to suppress his wild nature, but to tame it—to turn instinct into art and passion into peace. Among the monks, Meo found his calling in the ancient martial form known as the Fist of Fire—a style so precise and forceful it can bypass armor, deflect magic, and even stagger creatures of divine blood. Few have mastered it. Fewer still remain humble after doing so. Meo is one of those few.   Beneath his serene composure lies a fierce guardian spirit. He walks villages, broken roads, and battlefields alike—not as a warrior seeking glory, but as a protector. He shields the weak. He speaks softly. He offers warmth in a cold world.   And yet, behind all of this—behind the glowing strikes and calm gaze—there lingers a simple yearning: to earn the approval of Yohnu Katesuniya’s father, a figure Meo respects beyond words. For the one Meo loves most walks with that name… and before he can take Yohnu’s hand, he seeks the blessing of the one who once raised her.

Compassionate and fiercely protective, with a profound respect for life and harmony.
