Tulara University is the preeminent finishing school in all of Taisha; and, indeed, the world. It has strict ethical and moral codes that police how students dress and even the foods they eat. Etiquette is taught as stringently as mathematics, and the school's standards are very high. The main building is comprised of two towers that flare at the base, but begin to narrow progressively while rising a hundred feet into the air, boasting nine levels. The sixth level, in a feat of civil engineering unlike anything else seen in Taisha, even sports bridges that connect the tapering towers. A grand observatory sits at the top, only surmounted by the relatively small office of the Headmaster's on the northern tower.
