Piscine Cloak
A cloak, woven of leaves, vines, and various grasses, made exclusively by the famed denizen of Kowloon Walled City, Pisces He'nyana. A powerful symbol of love and esteem, it is unknown how many exist. They are each unique pieces of functional art, swaying with the breezes and the motion of the wearer in just such a way as to beguile searching eyes.

Manufacturing process
Pisces He'nyana makes them while she is hanging around (literally) in trees.
History
First created as a plaything for hide-a-seeking games, with her best mate Fyg , in the treetops of the forests they called home. Giving off a hint of fey magic, and just a whiff of the infamous Feywild, they are intoxicatingly beautiful.
Significance
When Pisces He'nyana don't like you, ain't nobody like you. Conversely, when she does, you'll damn well know it.
