Gulgg has an obvious distaste for Kasimir, although he has never elucidated as to why. He is gruff, and carries a great two handed hammer.
Gulgg has a shady connection to Kasimir Volkov's even shadier past, and in fact is known to be the one to have ejected Kasimir from the monastery, the clergy, and the Ilnevite Clan.
Gulgg and his clan of Ilnevite priests live in the Cotnor Wilderness, close by to the old Maker's Consortium.

Personal history
Gulgg rose to power through the expedient method of compelled duelling amongst competing orcs. Being from the moon, where orc culture is much more brutal considering the Unending War with the Thri-Kreen. His childhood and early adult years turned him even more brutal than many of his Orc counterparts, he just presents it very differently, being much more intelligent than most orcs.
