The Evashirean Dominion
Walking into Thericroft, the capital city of The Dominion, the word that immediately sparks in the mind is "Movement"; Everything here is lively and mobile. From the half-orc sorcerer creating shapes in the flames of a brazzier for the local children, to the bard weaving magic into her lyre causing small fireworks to explode near the ceiling of the local tavern while the surrounding patrons drink and applaud, the upper city is a wonderful place to shop, dine, and explore.
The Dominion of Evashire is a diverse and lively place where the king is supported by the network of Lords and Ladies, the peacekeeping force, the Blades of Dominion, and support from the The Academi Arcanum.
Until recently, the Dominion has been ruled by a strict caste system. The lords retain much autonomy over the general ruling of there various counties as so long as they pay homage to the crown via taxes and shows of diplomacy, and enact the various decrees and laws of the king, which are often open to interpretation. Providing direction to their assigned Claymore, the also have some authority to direct local area Blades. Most Lords/Ladies of Evashire allow cities to elect their own mayors, who have local authority to govern and settle disputes.
Since the Emergence, however, the peoples with arcane abilities have been elevated in their community status. This has led to powerful individuals installed as Mayors. In a few cases, Lords who have spoken out publically critizing the King's agenda to further advancement of the arcane were stripped of their titles and replaced by elected mayors in particular favor with the Academi. This has led many lords to install their own Mayors, making the citizenry of those counties unsettled and unheard. Several small uprisings were squashed in the past 100 years, but tensions with The Divine Kingdom of V'rala Xune keep most loyal to the crown.
Despite efforts from the nobility, those with mastery of the arcane continue to gain notoriety in society, mostly through the Academi. King Ralnor has continued the work of his father to made a concerted effort over the past to increase the impact of the Academi in training and recruiting citizens into the study of the arcane. This has, over the past few centuries, greatly increased the influence on the King and his inner circle. The Academi, currently, has great political influence and those high-ranking members of the Academi can almost act carte blanche without fear of consequences.

Public Agenda
The Dominion uses the natural resources, particularly the ores which are found in the Dragontooth Peaks, to protect their citizens and fortify their borders.

~6M people spread across all counties, including rural and tribal communities which exist within the borders of the Dominion.
Military
The The Legion is the standing army of Evashire. There are currently about 45,000 members, with more recruited every day to reinforce the land @Xune

Legislative Body
The King will make widespread proclimations, which are then interpeted and anected by the Nobility. Fine and prison levels change from county to county, but mostly the Laws of Evashire are static across the Dominion.
Judicial Body
The Law Bearer, appointed by the king, will then appoint county Lawmasters, who then appoint local Deputy Lawmasters to each town or village.
Executive Body
The Blades of Dominion are led by the King's Blade, who appoints all Claymores throughout the lands.
The War Master is the head of The Legion, the king's army.
