Godess of Magic, Scholars and Protection
Qara is known for taking a relaxed approach in her dealings with mortals. She doesn't request grand temples or shrines, and doesn't demand tribute of her followers. It is suspected she is of the opinion that she is worshipped enough through the act of casting spells, or using magic items or abilities. This is something many beings do every day, and depending on the difficulty of the act, with great care or forethought. Even greater is the care of those who create new spells or magical abilities, some of whom can be quite devout to the godess.
Some wizards are of the opinion that every single casting of a spell, and every use of a magic item, might in itself be a small prayer to Qara. This is a relatively unpopular view among wizards however, stating that if they wanted to worship a god, they would've become clerics.
