A dulled Mirror Realm of the Material Plane, the Shadowfell is a plane of dulled emotion and immense apathy. Those who occupy these lands fall into heavy depressions that can grow to the point that they simply lose the will to do anything.
Those who live in the Shadowfell are typically husks of travelers so distorted by despair they become dangerous creatures or even simply lose all identity.
