Rites of Divinity
Believed to predate the Material Plane and possibly even the formation of the Astral Sea, the Rites of Divinity is a ritual devised for anyone to ascend to godhood in situations where a divine domain is vacant. The intent being to always have a method for properly setting gods who suit their domains and ensuring those who are in place can be properly challenged.
Effect
The members of the ritual who fit the required details given will transcend their corporeal form and take a divine throne that they exemplify. In this position they are a god and must maintain the multiverse according to their domain.

The Rites are maintained by an unknown entity. The knowledge of it cannot be destroyed in any way nor obscured beyond those who truly seek it out
Discovery
The Rites of Divinity have always existed and always will. It is also known to some as the Trial of the Allfather.
